    Content seemed to cover ethical issues more broadly--including beneficiaries, and relatives of the settlor. These other "players" are definitely relevant to the topic so perhaps the title could be tweaked.

    Excellent attention to citation! Content easy to grasp without the oral presentation. I would have liked the oral part to enhance the text with more examples. As it is, I could have simply read the Powerpoint deck and gotten the intended content...only would have missed out on the Q&A.
